Arit of Africa recognized as Cisco’s Premier ATP-ISE Partner in West Africa
Arit of Africa Ltd Achieves Cisco ATP for Identity Services Engine Designation
[Lagos, Nigeria] – [24/04/12] Arit of Africa, a premier professional services and network security solutions firm, has announced that it has achieved Identity Services Engine (ISE) Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) designation from Cisco Systems. This core specialization recognizes Arit of Africa’s knowledge and expertise in designing, deploying, and supporting comprehensive Cisco ISE products and services. With this achievement, Arit of Africa becomes the first company to achieve Cisco ATP certification for ISE in English speaking West Africa
With the Cisco ATP for Identity Services Engine designation, Arit of Africa is qualified to support the requirements that mid-sized to enterprise-scale organizations have when deploying a wide-range of network security technologies and applications. Earning this credential validates that Arit of Africa possesses the specialized architectural and engineering skills as well as the resources necessary to build comprehensive, next-generation identity and access control solutions that enable enterprises to enforce compliance while enhancing infrastructure security and streamlining service operations.
Cisco ISE is a policy component of Cisco TrustSec that integrates with Cisco Network Admission Control (NAC), and can be deployed as an appliance or virtual machine to enforce security policy on all devices that attempt to gain access to network infrastructure.
“With the continued growth in telecommuting and enterprises now adopting ‘bring your own device (BYOD)’ policies, managing access control and devices to unmistakably know who was on your network, where they went, and what they accessed is growing more complex,” said Dayo Bello, Arit of Africa’s Executive Director-Technical. “Obtaining the Cisco Identity Services Engine Authorized Technology Provider designation further bolsters Arit of Africa’s expertise in designing and supporting enterprise-class security solutions that leverage the intelligence of the network to protect infrastructure and intellectual data.”
“Earning the ISE Authorized Technology Partner designation not only recognizes Arit of Africa’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional security-based solutions to our customers, but also distinguishes Arit of Africa from other network infrastructure security providers in the market,” added Mrs Ronke Okeremi, Arit of Africa’s Managing Director. “Arit of Africa’s ongoing commitment to invest in training and education demonstrates our responsibility to offer our customers best-of-breed products and services to protect their network infrastructure.”
