Arit of Africa Implements Enterprise ECM For AFC
Arit of Africa deploys Enterprise ECM (Laserfiche) for Africa Finance Corporation, Ikoyi. Driven by the need to optimize information management to aid decision making processes organization-wide, set company-wide document management policy, remove the inefficiencies associated with manual records management and standardize information management in-line with industry standard, Arit of Africa began a series of consultative meetings with AFC which led to the the purchase of Laserfiche RIO.
As part of the implementation process, Arit’s approach was to hold a series of Management Orientation meetings on ECM and then deployed a sandbox version of the Laserfiche ECM to help the management and staff familiarise themselves with an ECM application even before implementation had kicked off.
Arit also handled the digitization of exiting content before migration to Laserfiche Application.
